Neovision Investment Fund Management (NIFM) is a UAE mainland-regulated fund manager, registered with the Department of Economic Development of Abu Dhabi and licensed by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA) under license number 20200000221.
NIFM's positioning is deliberate and specific. Most fund managers in the region operate out of free zones — ADGM and DIFC — under common-law regimes designed for international capital. NIFM is the mirror proposition: a UAE mainland firm, onshore, regulated by the federal UAE Capital Market Authority, able to access onshore UAE investors, the UAE's domestic capital markets, and the Gulf Funds Passporting Regime for cross-border distribution across the GCC.
The firm holds two CMA licenses — Category 2 for Managing a Collective Investment Fund, and Category 5 for Promotion — which together enable NIFM to both structure and actively manage its own funds, and legally distribute third-party investment products and funds to UAE investors.
